This research was originally completed as part an honours thesis undertaken by Ben Burton at The Australian National University for partial fulfilment of the degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Honours). Further work was undertaken with help from co-authors Dr Will Nash and Prof Nick Birbilis to produce a more concise version of the work.
